As part of the ACIC Symposium 2025: From Aid to Action, the Atlantic Council for International Cooperation (ACIC) is seeking youth aged 19–29 to participate in the Symposium’s Youth Stream.
The Youth Stream offers a unique opportunity to connect with peers and professionals in the field of international cooperation and related sectors. Participants will engage in networking opportunities, explore key topics tied to the symposium theme, and reflect on the impact of international cooperation at both local and global levels.
This year’s symposium will explore the deep uncertainty facing foreign aid. Powerful nations are cutting Overseas Development Assistance (ODA), threatening global solidarity and long-standing partnerships for justice, climate action, and gender equality. From Aid to Action is a space to reflect, connect, and act.
IMPORTANT: All expenses—including food, transportation, and accommodation—will be covered by ACIC.
As part of the Youth Stream, you will:
Engage with peers and experienced professionals working in the sector
Learn about career paths—locally and globally—that contribute to stronger, more just communities
Explore the connection between theory and action (praxis) in relation to the symposium theme
Build your resume and gain transferable skills for your future career
