About the event

Food For Thought- a community round table on local food system resiliency over a homemade, locally sourced meal  You're invited to a dinner discussion with local knowledge holders on supporting our food system.

Share in community conversation, perspectives exchange and a delicious meal. Bring your thoughts and an open mind!  Sam Kinsley & Sal Falk are supporting a new community initiative to bring community conversations offline. With food as a connector, each month we will dive into a new topic. The night will be fueled by a homemade meal made of locally sourced ingredients and guided by select community knowledge holders.

The spaces are limited. We ask all those who are interested to fill out this form. You will be contacted by the end of the month if you secure a spot at the table.  Come be a part of the first (of hopefully many!) community dinner. We're hoping to gather a diverse group of neighbours with different lived experiences or thoughts on the topic.  Event funding provided by the Atlantic Council for International Cooperation and Global Affairs Canada.
